David Hunt Lighting have been manufacturing in the Cotswolds for around a 100 years, making them one of the longest surviving lighting producers in England. Their main method of manufacture is resin casting which they then hand finish to a high level of detail. Resin is a very versatile material that can be hand painted to look like many other things like ceramic or metal. Cleverly, this makes their products look like they should be a lot more money than they actually are – as a Lighting Consultant they can be a dream for me to help stretch a client’s budget.
