We have an unrivalled product knowledge of architectural lighting so you won’t miss out on lighting types and styles that you aren’t even aware existed. As well as ensuring that your properties will have the appropriate ambient and task lighting for every room we will highlight their architectural features showing your work at its best whenever your estate agent is showing the property for you.
We provide our developers with a detailed lighting and lighting controls plan and specification which will allow you to get an accurate quotation instead of a ball park estimate that will be subject to the dreaded “extras” bill at the end of the project. So, in order to get these costings as early as possible it’s almost never too early to get us in on your projects – when you have the Building Regulations drawings is ideal.
We have tried and tested suppliers who offer great products and fantastic service, however, we are open to specifying from the whole market. You will not be restricted to having everything from one supplier, whether their range is entirely suitable for their project or not, which you would do if you contacted a manufacturer for a lighting design. We take the responsibility for finding alternatives to products that are deleted or go on to long lead times that impact on your build schedule or end date.
We ensure that developers don’t fall foul of their Building Control Officer by creating a scheme that, if followed, will be Part L Compliant and meets the IEE 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
